Major Executive Search announces placing Janna Schober as the new Vice President, Program Management Office at Kymeta Corporation located in Redmond, WA. Kymeta is unlocking the potential of broadband satellite connectivity, combined with cellular networks, to satisfy the overwhelming demand for communications on the move and making mobile global. Major Executive Search Partner Teresa Jacques along with Founder & CEO, Sue Major conducted the assignment.
Ms. Schober is a customer-focused Program Management Executive with 15+ years of experience in high-impact roles with responsibility of P&L, budget management, and full-cycle program development. Most recently, Ms. Schober was the Director of Program Management and Customer Support at Astronics AES. Ms. Schober excels in building program management capabilities, risk mitigation strategy and increasing operational revenue and performance. Ms. Schober is equipped with a keen ability to lead effective teams along with a background in partnering with vendors and customers. Ms. Schober served as a Platoon Leader in the US Army for three years and was based in Fort Hood, TX, and Iraq. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from University of Connecticut and Management from Rensselaer at Work. We are excited to place her in this new leadership role.
