Major Executive Search announces the successful completion of an assignment placing Ericka Copening as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Viasat Inc. (NASDAQ: VSAT), a global communications company headquartered in Carlsbad, CA. Major Executive Search Partner Teresa Jacques conducted the assignment.

Prior to that she was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Riverside Health System and held several Diversity Talent Recruitment roles at The World Bank.

Ericka earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and History from Virginia Union University in Richmond VA, and her Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.
