Major Executive Search announces the completion of an assignment successfully recruiting AnnMarie Kreitzer as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Human Resources Officer for TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®), a subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. [NYSE: TDS], a Fortune 1000® company. Major Executive Search Partner Patty Meagher Clare and Managing Director Chris Lacy conducted the assignment.

AnnMarie has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and comes to TDS from Walgreens Boots Alliance where she was Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Global Technology HRBP and HRIS.

AnnMarie worked at Kohl’s for more than 15 years, most recently as the VP of Talent Development and Acquisition. During her tenure at the Wisconsin-based department store retail chain, she held leadership positions spanning talent development and acquisition, organizational transformation, and HR business partnering roles. AnnMarie also held roles at The Novo Group and Robert Half International.

A Wisconsin native, AnnMarie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies from Ripon College. She earned a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

AnnMarie succeeds Kathy Cefalu, who is retiring after more than 37 years at TDS.
