Anne Sidio is a 20+ year veteran in recruiting and human capital leadership. She spent much of her career in corporate HR before deciding to focus full time on executive recruitment and retention. Her experience allows her to provide her clients and candidates with a true partnership and consultative approach throughout the entire process. Prior to joining Major Executive Search, Anne spent 2 years as Vice President with JM Search, a retained executive search firm focused on private equity clients, most recently in the D&I practice.
In her various HR leadership roles, Anne led all aspects of HR, including C-level recruitment, strategy, culture and engagement, assessment, compensation and benefits, and labor relations in technology, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, and retail. She has placed candidates in roles including CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, CRO, CHRO, COO, Clinical Leaders, Presidents, VP GM, VP Supply Chain, and all levels of HR leadership including Total Rewards, DEI, Organizational Development, and Talent.
She began her career with Accenture in Change Management and Process Consulting, supporting Fortune 250 companies on business and technology transformation projects.
Anne holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from The University of Chicago, where she was also a member of the Women’s Basketball Team.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Career and Networking Center, a non-profit partnering with job seekers to encourage and support them while in transition.
