New Senior Director for Strategic Accounts Management at pSemi Corporation placed by Major Executive Search

Major Executive Search announces the successful completion of an assignment placing Eric Cheong as Senior Director, Strategic Accounts Management at pSemi Corporation, a Murata company located in San Diego, CA.  Major Executive Search Partner Anne Sidio and Managing Director John Rivoir along with Founder & CEO Sue Major conducted the assignment.

Eric will be responsible for leading the expansion for pSemi’s global strategic accounts and identifying new business opportunities for pSemi’s RF, Sensor and Power Products. Most recently, Eric was Sales Director at MediaTek, Inc, a Taiwanese fabless semiconductor company. Prior to MediaTek, Eric served as Senior Sales Director at Qualcomm for nine years, where he was responsible for the APAC Sales Organization. Early in his career, Eric held various sales roles in the San Francisco Bay Area including Gelileo Technology and Integrated Device Technology. Eric excels in revenue growth and business development and expansion. He is equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build cohesive teams and business partnerships.

Eric is fluent in Chinese, including Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese dialects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
