Jena has more than a decade of experience in executive and internal communications and leverages data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to modernize internal communications and strengthen employee engagement. She joins Littelfuse from Flexera, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company providing technology spend and risk management solutions globally, where she served as Senior Employee Communications & Engagement Manager leading global internal communications initiatives supporting more than 2,500 employees.

Previously, Jena held communications leadership roles at Home Partners of America, a Blackstone portfolio company, where she partnered with senior leadership to develop enterprise communications strategies and guide executive messaging during periods of organizational change.

Jena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Administration from Western Michigan University.
