Michelle grew up through the ranks as a researcher, project leader and EVP. Her dedication to excellence has led her to serve a distinguished array of clients including many Fortune 100 companies. As a champion and pioneer at Kearney, she founded and led a Global Diversity Executive Search Practice – she laid its cornerstone. As a result, her efforts significantly increased diverse leadership within their client firms.
Her extensive global network amplifies her ability to tap into the finest talent pool and clients rely on her distinctive approach. Michelle discerns the core requirements of each assignment, ensuring that candidates are a perfect fit and align with culture, mission and strategy.
Michelle is dedicated to giving back to professional and community organizations. She is a Board Member and President of the International Women’s Forum Suncoast Chapter, Board Member of the Northwestern Suncoast Alumni Association, and a committee member of Greater Naples Leadership. Moreover, she is a recognized speaker and mentor on Career Strategies and Board Development.
She earned her B.A. in Economics and a Master of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
